Finding a better you

Happy New Year!

This is the new year, the new you! 

Wow, how fast last year went by, don’t you think?

You may pass through another year coasting on cruise control or you can step out of your comfort zone by trying exciting things you have never done before and make 2018 a year full of adventure and achievements.

January is traditionally the month of starting your resolutions!

This month people are generally focused on eating healthier, losing more weight, getting fitter, making more money, quitting smoking, getting more organized…etc. Overall, trying to become a better and happier person than they were last year.

What are your New Year’s resolutions?

As for me, I have taken some time to reflect and evaluate on the past year and did some research and planning.

 

Personally, I changed my hairstyle, de-cluttered my wardrobe by donating old clothes to a charity and bought some new outfits. 😉

Professionally, I have been working on several projects since December, which is the reason why I have been a little quiet online as the projects take lots of my time to focus, plan and complete.

In the meantime, here are three new projects I have started to run this month:

  1. I teach a new yoga class every Thursday evening, starting last week: http://lenkapagan.com/product/partner-yoga-friends-couples/

  3. My website needed some upgrading, so I have been re-designing it and will be adding new services there soon. It is still in progress, but you can have a peek now: http://lenkapagan.com
