I will inspire and motivate you as you start your journey towards an optimal health. After an initial assessment and consultation, we will discover what food and lifestyle choices may be having negative or positive effects on your body and mind. Together, we will create a plan that is best for you and one that you are able to apply and maintain.

Lifestyle Programme’ where I will guide, support and encourage you – either in person, via phone and/or via online video (Zoom, Skype or Facebook Messenger) – to ensure that you are heading in the right direction and at a pace that you are comfortable with.

‘Lifestyle Programme’ (24 sessions over 3 months)

  • One personal yoga session (90 mins) and one nutritional therapy consultation (60 mins) via phone or video per week
  • Specifically, which foods to add to your diet and which foods to avoid, following your initial assessment and consultation
  • A discussion of foods that may be contributing to your ailments
  • Suggestions of foods that may help alleviate your symptoms and the link explained
  • The explanation of any vitamin and mineral deficiencies and advice on ways to correct these
  • How to lose excess weight quickly, safely and naturally through good nutrition, yoga and exercise and more importantly, how to maintain it long-term
  • How to create healthy eating habits and stick to them
  • How to better stock your cupboards, fridge and freezer and what you would be best to clear out
  • How to feed and treat your body in the way that keeps you energised, attractive and free of illness
  • How to overcome food addictions, skin issues and allergies
  • How to read food labels, the secrets of food marketing tricks and how to recognise nutritious food from junk food
  • Personal grocery shopping tour (60 – 90 mins) to show you what areas of the shop you need to be exploring and what areas you need to forget about
  • Nutritional guidance via phone or emails throughout the programme from meal preparations to shopping, etc.
  • Unlimited e-mail support answered within 24 hours
  • Personalised giveaways, recommended resources and simple recipes to help you as you progress and more.
