The only Partner Yoga in Worthing!

Thursday evenings from 6.45-8.15 pm

£5 for your first session, £10 thereafter


Appropriate for all ranges of experience, and all relationships from friends to partners.

Do you want to join and have no one to bring along? It does not matter, you will pair up with someone in the class. You don’t need to be a couple – you’ll feel the benefits whoever you do your practice with.

What is Partner Yoga?

Partner yoga is practising yoga in pairs, supporting one another in a stretch or doing a yoga flow with your breath and your bodies synchronised.  Partner yoga can be fun and hardcore to build your core strength. Whatever is your preference, Lenka can accommodate you.

No worries if your partner/friend has never done yoga before, as Partner yoga suits all levels! If your partner is less fit or less confident, poses can be modified.

The Benefits of Partner Yoga

The main benefits are that you will replace any stress, disconnection and tension with connection, meaning, fitness and fun! Through poses you can gain more strength, balance, endurance and elasticity.

Build trust, improve communication, feel the healing power of touch and learn new skills. And snap some impressive selfies while you build up each other’s confidence!

When practising Partner Yoga, you will feel the joy and energy in a room full of strangers, connecting with people in a unique and fun way.

Please provide your own mat (or bring a large towel if you don’t have one). Book your session to avoid a disappointment as there are limited spaces.

    Fantastic fun and a very good work out! Lenka is innovative and understanding and will modify poses so everyone can achieve success. Everyone is made to feel very welcome and included, also very good value for money.

    Probably the most fun you’ll ever have whilst working out! The poses are challenging but not intimidating and everyone from complete beginners to seasoned yoga hands will leave feeling they’ve had a really good full body workout. Lenka is an inspiring and innovative instructor, always ready to modify poses where necessary whilst boosting your confidence that you too will get to that next level. Highly recommended!!
