Description

If you are new to yoga and/or looking to lose weight, gain confidence and increase your flexibility, then this class is ideal. Incorporating poses that are designed to tone the abdomen and other problematic areas, Yoga also works to positively alter your consciousness so that once you’ve lost weight, it will be easier to keep it off. It’s an excellent addition to your weight loss plan.

Lenka’s classes are flexible and accessible to all. She adapts to the energy of the class and is happy to modify poses for those who need it. Flexibility is all about patience and persistence.

Please provide your own mat or bring a large towel if you don’t have one.

And above all, please remember that Lenka wants you to enjoy her class, so it’s important that you listen to your body and talk to her about any concerns.

Yoga is Lenka’s tool to transform the daily experience of being human, she teaches in hopes that you can feel more into your aliveness. When you leave her class, you will feel like life just got a little bit juicier.  😉 

Lenka is registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance UK and is a member of Yoga Alliance Professionals. She has over 10 years of experience.

    I have practised yoga on and off for years with no result or real motivation. Since I have attended Lenka classes on Sunday, I’ve been completely hooked! I couldn’t miss any session. It has brought me more strength, resilience and enthusiasm. My mobility is gradually getting better. I couldn’t thank Lenka enough for her great support and professionalism.

    I suffer from fibromyalgia and since I have joined Lenka’s yoga class I am feeling so much more positive. Lenka makes sure you do exercise properly and don’t cause anymore pain, they are fun and relaxing but at the end you know you have worked out.

    I am hoping to try one of the nutrition courses as I do feel this will help with my own well being.

    Lenka is a wonderfully inspiring and sensitive teacher – she encourages and supports you in every way to do and feel your best. She finds ways to make everything in the class accessible to everyone – giving all the necessary variations of the yoga poses so that each person, whether they are just beginning or are further along their journey, gets the most benefit from the session. She structures the sessions thoughtfully with gentle warming up flowing gradually into a pretty energetic section so that you are really ready for the delicious relaxation at the end!
    Although I have only been going to these classes for a couple of months, I am feeling motivated and energised by Lenka’s work, her personality and her support and already see improvements in my fitness, weight management and overall feeling of well- being.
    Give it a try – it is such a friendly and welcoming class.
