Health Coaching Session

My health is something I used to take for granted until I became ill and was forced to take full control of my well-being after trying the medical route.

After recovering from my illness (Multiple sclerosis, IBS, and other health issues) by re-evaluating my life and strongly believe that your health is your biggest wealth, which I’m sure you will agree?

There is nothing more important than being able to go through life enjoying it fully because you are not restricted by ailments or discomfort. If you are struggling to be your best self, I can get you back on track as I had personally experienced the frustration and struggle to get through a normal day.

I finally figured out what truly works for me and realized that it is so much easier and that we do not need to make it so complicated as we often do or rely on or become addicted to pills, which only help to mask the underlying problems! You can read more about my health journey and how I overcame it thereAfter I was self-cured from the various illnesses, I have dedicated my career to help YOU do the same!

You will be able to achieve it through my services I offer, namely: –

– nutritional therapy consultations, yoga, health coaching sessions, nutrition and yoga workshops and coming soon, health retreats.

As your Health Coach, my goal is to show you how to feel confident about choosing the most nutritious foods to heal and keep your body in peak condition. I only use a holistic approach to health and wellness, which means that I look at how all areas of your life are connected. You will learn how to reduce food cravings, increase sleep, and maximize your energy. You will develop a deeper understanding of the food and lifestyle choices that work best for you and implement lasting changes that will improve your energy, balance, and health.

It happens so often that we overlook all the things that contribute to our sense of nourishment and fulfillment. It is not just about the food we eat, but all the other factors present in our daily lives such as healthy relationships, career, regular physical activity and a spiritual awareness are essential forms of nourishment. I will support you in achieving all your goals, from eating the right foods for your body to live an inspired, fulfilling life.

Health Coaching Session (60 minutes of coaching either in person or online plus 30 minutes of Follow Up video or phone call)

I will inspire and motivate you as you start your journey towards optimal health. During the consultation, we will discover what food and lifestyle choices may be having negative effects on your body and mind. Together, we will create a plan that is best for you and one that you are able to apply and maintain.

  • A discussion of foods that may be contributing to your ailments
  • Suggestions of foods that may help alleviate your symptoms and the link explained
  • How to lose excess weight quickly, safely and naturally through good nutrition, yoga, and exercise and more importantly, how to maintain it long-term
  • How to create healthy eating habits and stick to them
  • How to better stock your cupboards, fridge, and freezer and what you would be best to clear out
  • How to feed and treat your body in the way that keeps you energised, attractive and free of illness
  • Bonus: recommended links, products, and learning tools

Re-connect with your inner self. Love your body and feel confident again. Do not feel confused about healthy/unhealthy food choices anymore. Remember, this is not a diet! It’s a lifestyle change. Starving and over-exercising is not the way to naturally lose weight.

Stress: Are you struggling to find a balance between your personal life and work?  Do you have a constant feeling of anxiety or tension that just will not go away? I will help you slow down, take a breath, and find real ways to manage your stress. Together we will find a way to bring you back to balance that work for you.

Food: Are you sick of trying to navigate all the conflicting health information on your own? Do you want to work with someone who knows what you are going through to figure out what works for you?

Your mind: Uncover hidden blocks or limiting beliefs that may be sabotaging your health. I will help you work through them and give you some tips to manage them moving forward. 

During this 60-minute health coaching session:

  • I will help you to figure out what to eat for increased energy, weight management, and craving control
  • Figure out how your body likes to move, keeping you energized and motivated
  • Discover how to manage your stress in simple ways that you can implement daily
  • Uncover any thoughts that might be holding you back
  • Determine the next best steps to help you reach your current health goals and achieve the health you have always wanted

Your health coaching session will be conducted either in person or online where we will discuss your health goals, your current diet, and any challenges, as well as your symptoms, allergies, and family medical history. I use a holistic approach so it’s helpful for me to understand any lifestyle factors such as stress, family or work pressures that could be affecting your health. I will give you some relaxation tips to include breathing techniques and ways to help you sleep soundly at night. You will leave with a clear understanding of how we can work together to achieve your optimum health.

The 30-minute follow-up session (video or phone call) in about 1 or 2 weeks later will be conducted to review your progress, discuss any challenges and build on the first session. We can make any necessary adjustments to your nutritional programme so that I can support and motivate you to continue and succeed.

One session may be sufficient for some people but a total of three or four sessions are suggested so that you feel totally on track with your new eating regime. My aim is to provide you with the guidance, support, and tools necessary to regain control of your health.
