What will you gain in Lenka’s 90-minute online consultation? 

  • Specifically, which foods to add to your diet and which foods to avoid
  • A discussion of foods that may be contributing to your ailments
  • Suggestions of foods that may help alleviate your symptoms and the link explained
  • The explanation of any vitamin and mineral deficiencies and advice on ways to correct these
  • You will be given an explanation of the factors which may be contributing to your symptoms.
  • Specific foods or nutritional supplements may be recommended to address nutrient deficiencies or to offer additional support to achieve good health or to prevent or treat ill health.

As a nutritional therapist, Lenka can identify and help you to correct nutrient deficiencies.

Prior to your consultation, Lenka will email you a nutritional therapy questionnaire for you to complete. Lenka will review it and during your consultation, she will suggest what measurements should be taken to alleviate and improve the symptoms.

After your consultation, you will be able to contact Lenka for any support. Further consultations may be recommended depending on your health issues and the support required.

Lenka is a certified Nutritional Therapist with the Health Sciences Academy in the UK and as Health Coach with Hdiet in the USA. And has over 10 years of experience.

I was surprised about how much I didn’t know about vitamins and minerals that are important for my body. After reviewing the questionnaire with Lenka relating to my health and eating habits, I realized that there is a big deficiency in my diet. I attended an online 2-day- retreat weekend with Lenka. It was great. We started with a Yoga session and finished with great knowledge. We also got some tips on how to check what is in the food we are buying. We also got some gifts from her at the end. I got an e-book full of healthy meals. I would highly recommend getting in touch with Lenka and attending this retreat weekend. It was worth it!


I completed a nutritional questionnaire before our online consultation. I’d never done this before, but Lenka was very organized and explained very well how to do it. I could see from the questionnaire how my various symptoms could be related to vitamin deficiencies, the main problem being tiredness. We discussed different ways of increasing each of the nutrients, and recipes, and how we can inadvertently reduce our uptake as well. We covered a great deal, even exercise. I am now trying to reduce my caffeine intake (alternatives suggested by Lenka!) and reduce the food that can contain harmful chemicals, again with easy alternatives. With Lenka’s support and encouragement, I’ve made sustainable changes that are far more delicious and nutritious. Thanks, Lenka.
