    Lenka’s talk was fantastic. So much information about healthy eating, and how to introduce ways of achieving it. Lots of useful tips and recipe ideas. The presentation was easy to follow, with no complicated slides that you can’t read or understand! The time flew by, with lots of interaction and questions answered as the talk progressed. I feel really motivated to make some changes, and I know I will then try some more. I have already made some of the healthy snacks (replacing my usual rice cakes) and already feel positive about my food and how I can change small things to have a large impact. I’ll be attending the next talk. Thanks Lenka.
