  • Live online group yoga class allows us to practice together from the comfort of our own home anywhere in the world. All our sessions will be conducted via Zoom. A day before the yoga class, I’ll send you a Zoom link. We start with a quick check-in and then do our 90-minute yoga practice starting with a sun salutation, asanas, breathing exercises, and relaxation/meditation.

These ongoing live and interactive sessions are suitable for intermediate students as well as for beginners. The capacity in Lenka’s online classes is less than 10 students.

  • Private (1to1) yoga sessions are tailored specifically for you with poses that are appropriate to your needs, ability, and experience. I explain the benefits of each pose and practice along with you to help you familiarise yourself with the poses, correct your alignment, and modify challenging poses for you if needed. Although it’s great fun to practice yoga in a class, some students prefer private yoga sessions, which is why I decided to specialize in teaching yoga on a one-to-one basis.

Online private yoga sessions (90minutes) are suitable for anyone, particularly if you:

  • are a complete beginner or are needing to modify your practice whilst healing from injury
  • new to yoga and/or feel overwhelmed, shy, or intimidated by joining a group class
  • have a lack of mobility due to illness, pregnancy, being overweight, or aging
  • want to improve health issues such as insomnia, neck, back, or shoulder pain
  • find a class setting too fast and would rather gain a deeper understanding of the yoga poses (asanas) and breathing techniques (pranayama)
  • would like to try more advanced poses
  • have an irregular work schedule and cannot commit to a regular group class.

Online private sessions can also be shared with a friend or family member in a semi-private setting for an additional cost. This is a great option for those who may be unwilling or unable to attend a group class but are happy to learn in the presence of a friend or family member.


Yoga is Lenka’s tool to transform the daily experience of being human, she teaches in hope that you can feel more into your aliveness. When you leave her class, you will feel like life just got a little bit juicier. 😉

Lenka is a Registered Experienced Senior Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance UK and is a member of Yoga Alliance Professionals. She studied yoga in FL, the USA, India, and the UK, and has over 15 years of experience.

As we live close by, she picked me up in the morning and we half walked and half jogged to the seafront and along to warm up our bodies. We chatted about healthy lifestyles and nutrition. Lenka invited me to trial Yoga. (My first experience ever). There were just a few people in this class, some with years of experience, some with much less, and it really was a marvelous 1.5 hours. Lenka carefully talked us all through each exercise before actually doing the position, explaining the purpose and how to get the most from my stretches. Lenka also gently corrected my moves all the way through, ensuring that l only did what l felt comfortable with. I liked that there was a structured, yet relaxed, atmosphere. We laughed. I’ve been doing Lenka’s fantastic online classes for over 2 months now and it has been so rewarding. I now sleep so much more deeply, I am more flexible, my general aches are gone and I feel more energetic in general. Lenka’s class makes me feel as though it is my own personal session! Throughout the class, Lenka gives me (& everyone in the class) advice/encouragement to help get the maximum benefit from the poses and breathing. It feels tailored, which I never envisaged yoga classes to be.

Yoga is now something that I have incorporated into my everyday life, even if only for a few minutes, wherever it can be squeezed in because I don’t need any special equipment to do the things Lenka has shown me. I have 3 young children and sometimes it can feel like it’s hard to find time for myself – alone! – but Lenka has helped me discover that even having a couple of minutes standing in the fresh air doing breathing exercises can be so beneficial.

I can’t recommend Lenka’s classes enough – and do! – to anyone and everyone.
